Plymouth Crossroads Comedy Night!

Plymouth Crossroads is a not-for-profit organization partnering with youth to increase their personal safety, remove barriers, create opportunities, educate and promote social justice.

We work in conjunction with our youth to develop independent, healthy paths to their future by offering them the tools they need to be self-supportive and avoid long-term dependency on social services. Services are aimed at preventing recidivism, while promoting a more stable and productive living situation, with the goal for every resident to transform himself into a contributing and productive member of society.

The Plymouth Crossroads philosophy affirms the right of every child to food, shelter, safety and assistance in growing into a healthy adult. We provide opportunities for education, health services, volunteer or community service and job training, including; high school diploma or GED; career counseling; workforce development skills; computer skills; life skills and health skills. We provide services on and off site that strengthen our resident’s physical and emotional health, economic security, citizenship and civic engagement, as well as links to family and community. Each of the youth has a case manager to ensure the development of their goals and needs, along with 24/7 independence coaches who help guide through the day.

Plymouth Crossroads is a not-for-profit organization which has provided a positive, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for Western New York’s most at-risk youths since 2011. Its mission is to provide safe shelter and services for runaway and homeless youths, in an atmosphere supporting their dignity, respect, and self-sufficiency. With guidance from caring staff members, youths receive support for education, job training, and life skills to help them develop a plan for an independent path to bright and productive futures. This is a voluntary program, and there is NO COST to the youths for these services. Your support of this event will help Plymouth Crossroads continue to offer these desperately needed services, to break the cycle of homelessness, make a difference in young lives, and return at-risk youths to independent lives.
